Delivery
We deliver within the Republic of Croatia and the European Union

Free shipping for all orders over €100.

For orders under €100, shipping costs €5.

Delivery is carried out by a reliable delivery service (GLS).

The delivery period is usually 2 to 5 business days from the receipt of the order, depending on your location and product availability.
Once we ship the package, you will receive a confirmation and a tracking number for your shipment.
Receipt and Damages
Please check that the packaging is undamaged when receiving the package. If you notice visible damage, you have the right to refuse acceptance and immediately contact us at info@swayclothing.hr.
Product Returns
The buyer has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 days from the day of product collection, without stating a reason.
Return conditions:

The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, with the attached tag and receipt.

The buyer bears the cost of return, except in cases where a wrong or faulty item has been delivered.

We will refund the money within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method used for the original order.
How to make a return:

Send an email to info@swayclothing.hr with order information and the reason for the return.

After confirmation, send the product to the address:

Once we receive and inspect the product, we will inform you about the return status and issue a refund if all conditions are met.
Product Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a size or model, it is possible to do so using the same procedure as a return. Contact us via email to check the availability of the desired product and arrange an exchange.
