These General Terms and Conditions of Business regulate the use of the online store available at the web address www.swayclothing.hr and refer to the rights and obligations of all users and the merchant when purchasing products through the webshop.

These terms of business are aligned with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, the Electronic Commerce Act, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
SWAY CLOTHING j.d.o.o. reserves the right to change these terms at any time, and all changes will be promptly published on the website.
3. Product Prices
All prices displayed in the webshop are stated in Euros (EUR) and include VAT.
Shipping costs are not included in the product price, unless otherwise specified (e.g., free shipping over €100).
The merchant reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

Purchases are made by adding products to the cart and going through the ordering process, which includes:

6. Delivery

Delivery is carried out within the Republic of Croatia.

Orders over €100 include free delivery.

For orders under €100, delivery costs €5.

Delivery time: 2–5 working days from order confirmation.

Delivery is carried out by the contracted delivery service.

7. Contract termination and returns
The buyer has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

8. Liability for material defects
SWAY CLOTHING j.d.o.o. is responsible for material defects of products in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Obligations.
The buyer is obliged to inform the merchant about visible defects within 2 months from the day the defect was discovered.

The merchant will respond to the written complaint within 15 days from the day of receipt.

All content published on the website (texts, images, logos, design, etc.) is protected by copyright and is the property of SWAY CLOTHING j.d.o.o. or used with the permission of the rights holder.
It is forbidden to use the content without prior written consent.
11. Privacy and Cookie Policy Statement
SWAY CLOTHING j.d.o.o. collects and processes users' personal data in accordance with its privacy and cookie policy, available on the privacy and cookie policy subpage.
12. Dispute Resolution
All disputes that may arise from the use of this website and the purchase and sale of products will be resolved amicably.
In case of inability to reach an amicable solution, the Municipal Court in Pula has jurisdiction.
